His potions are said to have magical powers that have won wars and made fantasy reality. He keeps a variety of unique animals and hosts grand balls.

England Arthur Kirkland british_things Youngest child of a minor lord from the North. Always been called a changeling because he's smaller than his brothers, and growing up he hasn't exactly helped, showing more interest in books and magic than becoming a knight. Setting off to make his fortune, or possibly train as a wizard. He hasn't decided yet.

Nyo!Sealand Wendy Kirkland youngestsister Bastard child of the king of the North, raised at the court but due to little attention being paid to her she isn't really much of a lady and could easily be mistaken for a commoner most of the time. Dreams of one day being the chief commander of the kingdom's army, which considering her position is rather unlikely to happen.

Nyo!Greece Sophia Papadopoulou kotinos An important priestess said to receive visions from the gods. The gods appear to speak to her less than they did to her predecessor though. She doesn't appear to mind.

Taiwan Xiaomei Lin naicha A beautiful princess from the east. She is not as wise as the king or queen, but her optimism, ideals and willpower are what keep her going. She often escapes the castle to be among the townsfolk and dreams of traveling to new places. Lately, she has been voicing her opinion more often in the royal court, but their displeasure with her bold and reckless behavior is another story.

Spain Antonio Fernandez-Carriedo pasodoble Born into a wealthy, merchant family, he is the only son and heir. However, he went into military service instead of trade at first. Though promising at first, a series of misfortunes caused him to retire early and return to his family business. Misfortunate still follows him though.

Vietnam Sen Linh Đoàn hoasen A young (sort of) fae who hermits herself close to a river in a mountain hut over in the South East. She poses as a merchant, and despite being meticulous and homely in everything she does, Sen is very much a free spirit. Lately, however, she has been trying to live less of a hermit life. (lol may change this was made up on the fly.

Nyo!Estonia Vaike viro Descended from members of a northern woodlands tribe that moved to the imperial city of the north kingdom, she started to work as a scribe for a merchant when she was twelve. At fourteen, her merchant troupe was attacked by rogue mercenaries and she was left behind for dead, where Timo and Tuuli, members of a tribe closely related to Vaike's, found her. They have been travelling together ever since, which means for three years by now.

Nyo!Finland Tuuli suomeksi One half of a twin pair, she was born and raised at the northern woodlands, in a shamanistic tribe, which mostly makes a living by hunting and gathering. She left her village with her brother some three years ago. They met Vaike on the way and she joined them as they traveled to a city to offer their services as mercenaries to traveling merchants. They'be been at it for three years now.

Finland Timo moimin_papa The second twin of the pair, Timo grew up with his sister in a small tribe in the Northern woodlands. Like most of his tribe, he's a proficient hunter and tracker, but not as good when it comes to reading and writing. He left a couple of years ago, and he now travels with his sister and Vaike, hiring themselves out to merchants since.

Latvia Raivis Galante balzams The only son of a pair of retired adventurers. He was recently orphaned after bad blood from his parents past finally caught up to them. Currently he resides in a small shack with his young Pūķis companion and makes a living gathering ingredients for spells and potions on request. Since his sudden independence Raivis is a little lost in life.

Liechtenstein Maria Wenzel fraurhein A young girl from a tiny village hidden up in the mountains. Her parents passed away when she was young, and she has since been care for by an old widow. Not too long ago, distant relatives from her father's side of the family in the city learned that she had been orphaned, and sent for her to come under their care in the city. Rumor has it that she has some kind of strange healing ability. However, most people just think she has an amazing bedside manner. After all, why would such a frail girl have any kind of healing strength.

Austria Roderich Edelstein edle_gestalt Found abandoned and near death in the North as an infant, he was taken in by the King and Queen, who had been trying in vain to produce an heir. He was named Prince, but eventually found out his origins. Suddenly aware that he was the reason the topic of royal blood had been controversial, he ran away. He was taken in by a group of traveling musicians, with whom he got along well enough but never quite fit in. As soon as he earned enough money to buy a violin, he broke away from the group in hopes of finding the life he believes he was intended for. Unfortunately, he's nowhere near as independent of a young man as he'd like to think. ... Clingy, even.

Lithuania Toris Laurinaitis sakotis Born into an impoverished family, Toris became a knight for the North Kingdom on commission and draft, sending most of his money to his relatives as most of his needs are met by living in knights quarters. While not the best knight, his heart is in his work, and prefers to use his skills as a for of protection and not oppression, meaning he gets picked for guard duty and patrol more often than not. He's also one of the more popular swordsmanship teachers, even though he's not the master of the craft, but the most personable with the younger and newer squires and knights. Toris has been working as a knight for 4 years now, starting when he was 15 as a squire; he's only recently been bumped up to an official knightship.

Sweden Berwald Oxenstierna husband Berwald is an exiled noble from the far North, now making by as a merchant. The reason for exile lies in a curse brought unto him by the enemy of his father. He has been cursed to being repulsive in appearance, about as monstrous as a human can look. Seen as a danger to the pure bloodline, he has been cast away and has been struggling to support himself ever since, after countless efforts to try and find a cure to his curse. Securing mercenaries is rather difficult (as he tends to frighten them away), so it isn't strange for Berwald to wear a mask while trying to sell his goods. He excels in making his own items and selling almost all things wood.

South Korea Im Yong Soo ivegotsoul young man from the east who's often found performing dances and songs on the street for tips, despite dressing well and looking fairly well off. Yong Soo was banished from the east for insulting the royalty, but didn't take it too hard, moving on to the next kingdom to spread his music there.

Monaco Anne-Catherine Mercouri monegasque Catherine is a young woman who looks rather serious and a bit proud, but is quite cheerful when you get to meet her. She views her relatives, specially a certain man that she used to live with, as being too meddlesome for her taste, so she decided to have her own business. Now, after several years of hard work, Catherine makes a living as the owner of a small bookstore where you can find from normal history tomes to complex treaties on politics and courtesan life, not barring one or two magical tomes... though some might be willing to go past it and step inside the small betting parlor she and her neighbor have set out of the back.
